I am wondering what is your thoughts on the routes of why this problem is so hard to solve. If our house price does not align with Canadian people's incomes then what is causing the price to be higher than people's incomes? Is foreign investment causing the price differences? Why housing system is not self-sustaining regarding price? Thank you for your informative videos.
