i dont really play on mobile, but if you're not an auto player as well on mobile, then you cant beat an auto player

I don't use speed auto clicker for fighting, I use razer synapse. But if I were to use speed auto I put cps at 48.50, 0% click duty

Well open bag aim your mouse at blood fruit close bag and press mouse right click and hold it and open bag again now you can move your cam and heal too
