South Africa is the only African country to own a fleet of submarines #Interesting

At least Nigeria and Angola with their vast oil revenue and Kenya should have their own fleet as well as they all have coastline. In the whole of sub-Saharan coastline only South Africa has some submarine fleet. This shows that the African political leadership don't see the importance of guarding the African coast.
