    Could you please do a video about enjoyable exercises? My diet is well but my only workout is walking

    Do you enjoy walking? If not are there other exercises which you would prefer doing instead? But yes of course I will! I have filmed a video today about 7 weight loss life hacks which I spoke about exercise for losing weight quite in detail, subscribe to see that video very soon :)

    By the way I personally walked to lose 115lbs in total or (100lbs in 1 year). All exercises work so it's best to do an exercise which you enjoy so you can stick to it!! Now I lift weights & walk as that works for me now but at the start it didn't so the lesson here is that sustainability is key.

    @@AbdirisaqFitness ofcourse! and yes I do enjoy walking. Thats pretty much the only thing i can stick to to be honest oops, i did pilates and weight lifting before but it wasnt consistent. I knew that they arent enjoyable for me, ive never been a sporty kid personally and im still not sporty so it is slightly harder for me to lose weight. i have been skinny before but at the time i had disorded eating and i dont want to go back. i hear people saying walking is beneficial for weight loss but they forget to mention that tonning your body and lifting heavier things contribute to LONG term weight loss. so im just a little bit paranoid that i might just end up skinny fat because my only working out is walking, thats the only thing i can stick to. also thats an amazing accomplishment that you lost 100ibs in one year, its nice to hear!

    That's great to hear!! Continue walking as you enjoy it however you're correct. When it comes to toning your body, getting abs or not becoming skinny fat then you must lift weights in order to achieve that. At the start of my journey weight lifting was not sustainable so i walked and ate in a calorie deficit until i was satisfied with my results and i became skinny fat which wasn't my goal but wasn't bad either so then i started going to the gym last year and now i am making progress towards my new goal which is building muscle, getting toned and keeping the fat off. The only problem with only cardio is muscle loss but it's all down to you because you can just do cardio then after you can start lifting weights. My video which will be out in 3 hours will talk about some life hacks you can use to lose weight and all about how to keep diet & exercise sustainable!!
