YES YES YES. Dark moon also has the absolute best bosses out of all the three games no questions asked, the secrets are really good and the ACTUAL usage for money and and an actual reward for the boos is very good.

The game isn’t bad because of the mission structure; that is simply a personal preference. You would not be able to replay specific levels or fights as smoothly or frequently without it, something I found myself doing often.

George Niblett well, no, it didn’t add that many features. He could’ve even included the 3DS port of LM1 in this video, like he did with all the Dr. Mario games.

This game was my childhood, I didn’t get all of the gems to 100% beat it, but I still beat King Boo. Really fun.

I like the mission system because A. It lets the creators be more creative B. It lets me replay my favorite parts of the game

I wish this game was looked upon more fondly. It’s a masterpiece

I played through the original Luigi's Mansion a couple of days ago (Eshop's price drop) and the portrait ghosts aren't like... great, at all. Some of them are just gud* at best and frustrating at worst. For the most part beating them amounts to waiting for them to show an opening, which is as exciting as Ocarina's battle system, Egoraptor summed it up appropiately. Or, doing a task that was spelled out for you, like throwing water to a ghost afraid of wetting the bed, or fire to a ghost holding some candles. Also, the capture system isn't tangible enough, some ghosts will just randomly escape, and the only thing you can do is wiggle the analog as hard as you can *hoping* that *maybe* they'll fall on a single suck to get the golden frame, which resulted in the rubber of my circle pad falling off! *Thanks Luigi*
