Love when I do research on songs and my college prof is a backup dancer for Julia Murney

Julia Murney is one of the greatest singers ever. An amazing voice and an amazing personality. I will never understand why she hasn't gotten a staring role in something on Broadway. She was phenomenal as Queenie in The Wild Party which might have moved to Broadway.... but there was this other "Wild Party" that got there first.... Still, I think the MTC version with her and Idina Menzel was far superior. What are the odds that another show opens using the same material and gets to Broadway first? Anyway, her way of infusing the emotional expression into each song is startling. I hope she is somewhere right now doing something that makes her happy. She deserves it !!
