Grateful for this video. I know it sounds crazy but I've actually been in this soft opening stage for 2 years. I am just about to have a Grand Opening after being in business for a little over 2 years. The reason is because ;1) i started a business at a bad time when my son was just 1 year old and I didn't even have proper daycare and (2) right after i incorporated, the pandemic hit. Anyway, I am excited to finally have a grand opening and really start working the business full time

great video Sir Andrew.. I'd proven some of my smoothie recipe to my friends, I got a really good feedback. they said , " wow this is different taste, can we have a refill?" it really add fire to my plan of putting this into business. .. is it a good idea to get a franchise of the same business and study their system before i do my own brand? thanks.

That is really great feedback. You know you have created something special when people ask for more. I wouldn't suggest getting into a franchise to learn their system. That would be an expensive lesson, and there are easier ways to learn. If you'd like to discuss how we can help you with this please email me at Andrew@startajuicebar.com

Hi Andrew! I follow your updates. I have recently opened my juice bar in india. This is my second attempt, the first one basically was a scratch and learn. We made all our mistakes there. This one is more professional. It's been 2 weeks and we have been struggling to get new customers besides the ones in our locality. Can you guide me on effective ways to market ? I have also bought the best high tech blenders, the problem is in india we do not have most of the fruits and berries so it makes the smoothies little difficult to make look attractive. But we manage. Another problem. I face is while I do not have a big menu for the eateries.
