I’m a psychosexual therapist, someone who looks at the psychological side of sexuality.
7 years ago, I successfully healed from my own 17-year long sex and pornography addiction thanks to the therapy techniques that I present in this channel.
I have an inextinguishable passion for helping men heal from their toxic attachment to pornography and live a happy and purposeful life.
I profoundly believe that everybody deserves and can be happy.
In order for men to have a safe space to heal from the incredibly taboo addiction that is pornography, I have created my own therapy and healing platform called Unhooked where I have helped hundreds of men quit pornography.
The methods I use are different from regular recovery platforms: I believe that addiction is a symptom from a deeper hurt and that we must heal the root cause of the addiction before trying to stop watching pornography.
That means looking deep into the hurt we carry within us and to heal those deep emotional wounds (that we don't know we have) using traditional trauma therapy techniques.
The technique I use is called Emotional Reprocessing Therapy and is the most powerful technique I know to let go of addiction and find inner peace and happiness.
