the better your university the faster you receive your APS, I got mine in a month and i know people with a "lower" university take around 5 months to receive theirs.

Sir, I have an APS certificate till 7th sem. I just completed my 8th sem(final semester), do I need an APS of 8 semesters for VISA purposes? Also, some are saying APS wont issue another certificate if already issued one!
