You are not alone. I have been here for around 3 years and experienced all the things you mentioned. Gained weight in the first few months then went underweight, loneliness, declining mental health. My brother lives in Canada and mentions lots of good things about the country. He convinces me to move there, that's why I have been looking up on youtube and somehow stumbled on your video. I feel like the human connection is very important for good mental health which is missing in Japan. This video kind of pushed me a bit further into considering moving to some other country, which most probably would be Canada. Meanwhile, take care of your mental health by getting into regular exercise/gym. You'll see a lot of improvement.

Come on man, this surely hurt her when she read it. We should try giving advice instead in a kind and wise manner, so that understands it and hopefully inshaallah accepts it 🙏🏻

@@Abdurrahman-ly7ki we are talking about Hijab... everyone put cloths on, the issue was related to that time when women had to go outside of their houses for their needs (rest rooms wasn't exist on that time) so there was slaves and other people, often slaves women were attacked and raped by men, they recognize slaves women and other by their cloths style and attack them when it was salves women, so Prophet requested to all women to dress alike to slaves women won't be attach anymore...

Aisha: I love your videos but you seem to have problems formulating sentences without using the word "like". And this looks a bit unprofessional for an English teacher. Please dont take this in a negative way, it is just a constructive remark.

I’m not trying to scrutinise you, we know that she’s not teaching English class on KZread. For me I think it’s more relatable and casual when she talks this way. It’s like having a conversation with a friend and I get her perspective more.
