I'm sure they don't get enough rest, and that will def make her vulnerable to panic attack. Famous people, even rich, can have their limits. She's on a tight schedule, stressed, and trying to stay level-headed with crowds all around. That's a lot of commotion. Eventually, you start forgetting to breathe or you don't feel yourself breathing, and you panic. It's scary but it's very real. I hope Jennie is doing better

Panic Attack usually happens for ne when i dont get enough rest. I can almost feel what she going through especially when she's at her peak now...hardwork means very less rest. Hope they all stay healthy inside out 😊

@Claire Huang no. What i meant last time was... she was being active a lot in IG. Make a lot of post. We blink saw a lot of moment when she got the panicked attack. For example,, the Shopee event in Philippines and macau concert..she couldn't continue the concert and having just lisa, jisoo and rosé for encore.

She has Motion Sickness which causes her to have Panic attacks (When they travel or go around a lot, pretty normal as an idol). I searched up what panic attacks are and I’ll try to put it in a simple form. Panic attacks are when you have a sudden feeling of panic, specifically when it triggers severe physical reactions when there is no real danger or apparent cause. They come out of the blue and can be very frightening when they occur you might get really dizzy and have no control of your surroundings, your breathing gets heavier, and you might even think your dying. They are really serious I feel like people should take her panic attacks more seriously because it’s scary to have these types of experiences.
