google buana. but ni kama last price ya gari. so if you win the bid unaekelea hizo kwanza kabla you pay the rest and take the car. the car cannot be sold for less than the reserved price. So assuming you happen to be the only bidder, you bid for that reserved price since no one is present to challenge you with an improved bid and you end up buying it for that amount.
