    Well, first tell us what you mean by "justice"... what is it, who needs it and why, and how you intend to deliver it. Then expand on "equitable," too. What's that mean? Equal Results for All? How do you intend to achieve that? Through freedoms of choice or by forcing everyone to accept equal results... specified and delivered to them by whom?
