They put themselves in a position where they might need to win a game on the road against Dolphins to make playoffs / win the division. Unless the Dolphins crumble here, that’s probably another top 5 team on the road. Not ideal. But maybe for the Bills to finally get over the hump, they had to make the road as hard as possible. I’m sure they and Josh learned a lot this year. Hopefully he’s got so much of his negative stuff out of his system so now he knows how to be consistent. But now he has to prove it or the narrative won’t change. This is it!

I didn't even realise this... He now has 40 TDs for this season..and for the 4th season in a row.. I still think that he should minimise turnovers .. he only gives the team more chances to win when the opposition doesn't get unnecessary gifts/chances However there is no doubt about his talent level and his heart..

The Bills are 8-0 in games that the defense held opponents to 20 or fewer points this season 0-6 when the defense surrendered 21 or more. That’s not a lot of points. Josh Allen has been responsible for ZERO of Buffalo’s wins in 2023. He couldn’t score a measly 17 to beat the jets in week one Couldn’t score 25 to beat the broncos Couldn’t score 25 to beat the Bengals Couldn’t score 26 to beat the Jaguars Couldn’t put the eagles away in OT despite getting the ball first. Why is the defense always on the fried last trying to hold on to a razor thin lead? Why can’t Allen put teams away? Why doesn’t Allen have any game winning drives? Why is he 0-6 in overtime? Fact is, if the defense doesn’t shut teams down and hold them under 20 points… Allen can’t hang. He folds in the clutch and never wins shoot outs.

With 3 more TD this season Josh Allen would hold the record for most consecutive seasons with 40+ TD at 4. In just his 6th season that would be more 40+ TD seasons than Tom Brady had (3) in 23 seasons. He _already_ owns the record for most TD in a player's first 5 seasons (taken from Marino) and the most TD in a player's first 6 seasons (taken from Mahomes). When you spend years being 80% of your team's offense and 70% of their scoring you're gonna have more opportunities to make errors.

Only Purdy & Dak stand out among QBs in that regard: Purdy: 31 TDs / 9 turnovers and Dak: 30 TDs / 8 turnovers. Otherwise, Josh is playing better than most other QBs in the league, yet you never hear "Touchdown Machine" Josh Allen.

Buffalo has had faith in him since the beginning. The potential was recognized from day 1. Fans go crazy for him and all before his growth and trial and errors. They show up to the airport, renamed Allentown to JoshAllentown, shovel him and the team out of the snow because he/ they are really exciting to watch and every week being a great team is more than satisfying. He hates losing but, the fact that they keep getting better and keep trying and they give us showdowns like no other team is why our spirit never dies. If we don't make it to the SB, oh well. What's crazy really is that despite it "not working" the advanced metrics we're through the roof, he was still having a statistically great year. The problem was taking away what makes him most dangerous and making the offense predictable

This interview makes it clear to me that Josh was only trying to be the QB that Dorsey wanted. I don’t want him to be low-key. I want him to be Josh Allen. When he is amped up talking shit, putting his head down and running the ball there is no stopping him. When you try to control him when you tell him to play conservatively he gets in his own head and it slows him down. Let Josh be Josh.

Hahaha...Josh, and me said C+ at the SAME time...but that's not the FINAL grade. Even if they don't go all the way, on my grading curve he could still end up A+. I've been more impressed with him the last few weeks than any time this season, and not because they're winning. They won those 3 games early after the Jets loss, where he was playing lights out, and like they mentioned he didn't have to do much the last game. It's his mental approach, and decision making that I'm most impressed with. That to ME, is what is making him be the QB I knew he could be. The physical tools were always there.

Josh Allen, still the Pride of Firebaugh, CA. A “city” so big it might have a gas station and a hamburger stand. (I actually stopped there once by accident to get a cheeseburger. It was tasty and the people there are friendly.)

Turnover machine hurt him… remember Josh…that’s life. I know you said new songs is for more energy but always keep your slow music please it is what makes you you! This season really made me think about players mental health and how bad this sport can be for them. He said borderline psychopath… I think we’re all borderline psychopaths right now. You can tell as time goes on he’s getting used to the cameras and starting to be himself when he’s in front of a camera. Just Josh being Josh…he’s such a good guyyyy

I feel I mean you look at his out of football life during that time when he was acting different he just came out of a break up of a 4 year relationship I believe with a girl he’s known since he was 10 then he gets into a new relationship and is exploring his inner self and building a house through all of it that’s a lot and it can effect you mentally and the mental part can effect your preference he was walking into a new chapter and that’s difficult. I mean it’s almost he was adding some new pages like I thought of an example almost like those 2 new songs on his playlist are new pages in his book of life. We are all so grateful and happy he’s getting into this new flow of his life.

C+ sounds about right because this is a results driven league. Wins are what matters in a team sport. Unless you completely suck you can always pad your stats in your areas of strength. He's such an honest and humble guy it's good to hear coming from a QB.
