Fun Fact: He doesn’t have all of that money in his bank account or wallet, that is his net worth, that means if he sells Amazon, or a small piece of it, he will get money. So he sells small pieces of his company (stocks) so people buy the shares and he get money. So he would have to sell all of Amazon to have all that money.

I mean, i'm not even a communist, i hate communism, but that doesn't mean there is not a better world than the one we live in.

Bezos earns about 30 billion dollars in a few months let alone the rest 120 billion of his net worth, while lots and lots and lots of people will lose their jobs in the virus aftermath. You can't actually believe this is fair and you can't just answer with "well, it's his money".

um, Amazon Web Services was created in 2002 and launched officially in 2004, not 2017. The 17.5billion dollar cloud services being referred to is that of the DXC and AWS partnership which generated that amount of revenue in 2017 (and yes, the deal was completed in April of that year as well).

Forget space, he should invest in saving our planet down here, starting with the ocean.

Lekok not really. Yes it would take a lot of money and time but interstellar colonization would be a lot more difficult. First we gotta find a sustainable planet, then send a highly trained group just to get there alive, then they gotta get things started which would also take a lot of time and resources, and then after that there would still probably have to be teams of highly trained people to go there first before any colonization of average civilians could take place. It would be just as long and even more difficult then fixing our planet. That doesn’t mean it can’t be done but it would take a lot of time and money.
