Do you think you will ever create a front wet bath in 17 or 19 foot? I think it would be a sell.

We are on trailer number 7, yes our seventh trailer, 6 was an old Escape 17B and trailer 7 is a 2020 Escape 19. The 19 will outlast my kids. Quality is top notch. Our 5th trailer was a Fleetwood Wildwood and the slide leaked from day one, it was garbage at best. Our Escape has everything we need to travel for weeks or months. Beware, every campground you go to someone wants a tour.

Really interesting video. Thank you. How long is that poor guy doing the "Bonding the Shells" section trapped inside the trailer until the door is cut? Ha ha. Does that really happen after the "Releasing stage"?

How much weight does the top cot hold in the E19? And can you put the bunks in the E17 into the E19?

Hi Ima, The weight limit for the cot in the E19/21NE is 200lbs. The Gaucho Bunk is not an available option in the E19.

Wouldn't it be stronger if you made the mold of the camper with the door, windows etc cut out, then do one piece fiberglass? This is still two pieces bored together. Not one shell.

  • @rmanbike

If you really studied video, you know that’s not possible. Windows and doors, and any other penetrations are cut out after the shell has been completed.

@rmanbike either way, it's would be one piece and leak proof.

@@smallnuts2 there is a very good reason no manufacturer does it that way, you need to go watch it being done before you could understand.

@rmanbike I just re-watch this. He doesn't explain why they do the two peoces into one instead of just one shell.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! While a singular mold seems ideal, it presents challenges during demolding as it would not be possible to remove the part from the mold without breaking the mold. Another benefit of our two-mold approach is for our workers, providing a more ergonomic work environment and keeping them out of confined spaces. By using our process and fusing the two parts together with additional fiberglass, we achieve the same concept as a singular mold with enhanced attention to detail, consistent quality and structural integrity. We appreciate your interest and attention to the technical aspects of our manufacturing process and if you have any further questions feel free to reach out!
