How it's made: Solar PV panel.
How is a solar panel made? Learn about all production steps for the assembly of a photovoltaic solar module!
The raw materials used in PV modules are:
Glass, Solar cells, Ribbon, Encapsulant material, Backsheet material, Junction box and Frame.
All parts of the solar panel are assembled with a special equipment.
Ecoprogetti, a specialist in photovoltaic module manufacturing equipment, shows all the steps which permit to assemble a solar module.
The principal steps are:
Tabber and stringer: Cells are connected together
Layup: Strings are positioned over the glass with a proper encapsulant foil
Lamination: "Solar sandwiches" are cured in a special solar laminator to increase the lifetime of modules
Framing: The frame is put around the module
Testing: Every module is checked and its Pmax is measured

It's look like how made battery plates and composition and to lithium battery,, how much if uranium oxide will be made as powerful battery,, cycles of thousand and hundred thousand of days

You need to make some changes. Check Avasva Solutions if you want to make it right.
So this oh so eco friendly solution to get electricity is made in big or several factorys and no one knows how these parts are mixed together that they work and you can't controll it that much, also you need a battery to store excess energy and HUGE space to set them up. Doesn't seem that green to me :/ Even worse when you use Lithium batterys! And normal ones are even worse than Lithium! So you die and are not green at all :D So far nuclear is the winner. I will look into Water and Wind now, so if you are interested just comment. Coal is not even in the race for obvius reasons! Same as oil

Yea no one understands the material, the space u need if u WANT reliable sun panels. There's a reason they charge a fortune for them.
