Excellent. Very informative, and great costume. Inspires me to build my own fur suit for Kawaii Kon '10 in Honolulu, Hawai'i. It will have to be built correctly, or I'll be losin' weight fast in the beautiful tropical Hawai'ian weather!

@blondechi We use a number of foams when we make mascot heads. The main foam used to carve the head in this video is called Etha Foam and can be purchased from ( weirdkidstore.com ). We are currently creating a new video that shows our updated construction methods so please stay tuned for that in the next month or so!

what is the name of the kind of foam you are using, hard foam, or is upholstery foam, i am curious thx

where can I find the light weight foam, eyes and the cooling fan ?

Styrofoam is not a good option because it can break easily

It would be kind of cool if someone mass produced these costumes in the form of all types of popular characters Like sonic the hedge hog or my little pony or Zootopia Cosplay might be a fairly profitable venture Just something to think about
