This little phenomenon makes it invisible to radar systems. So, other than the systems in place that can detect that fact that North Korea launched something, they literally won’t see it coming. Even if the technology to “intercept” a projectile with that speed and maneuverability did exist, being invisible to radar would make such technology irrelevant. To add a little perspective to the matter, Hwasong-16Na flies more than twice as fast as a railgun (6711 mph). Diplomacy (peaceful negotiations) is by far, the better option, if at all possible.

I was surprised when I found this out myself especially after reading headlines like 99% of Iran's missiles were intercepted that is a misguided statement. Most of the rockets were decoys to confuse the interception of the missiles and Iran showed Israel they can be touched. And on top of that Iran did it out in the open they weren't even trying to be sneaky about it. Yes there is a cost to how many missiles you can make but I don't think that is the primary point. We cannot descend into another world war. That is what the elite want us to do.
