Hi Christina I'm also on the journey of weight loss since January and it's going great. I'm trying to do the hard way, walking🚶‍♂️, jogging🏃‍♂️ and starving myself 😂😂😂😂 But this product looks great too, I love that it has DVDs to follow during routines.
