An excellent primer!
A CT or MRI won't detect it until it's huge or has already metastasized. The Pancreas is almost hidden.

Not even Contrast CT? Or Endoscopic Ultrasound? Along with some blood works,say CA 19.9
There is no " best " treatment option.The 5-year net survival for pancreatic cancer is 10%.
