How are time zones decided? How is date decided in any country? it is decided by International date line. it is a demarcation on the map of world, on left of which time is 24 hrs ahead than the right side.

Biggest question is : We all have heard that ghosts 👻 come out after 12:00 AM ..So What Time Zone they are following? 😂 Are Assamese Ghosts Following same time which Gujrati Ghosts are following 🤨😂 Or they are aware of GMT ?🤣🤣

It is illegal. And I think there is no process to legalize it. Food in train can be served only by authorised caterer.

Nope it is correct GMT + 5.30 is decided by the longitude 82° 30'E which divides the india into 2 almost equal halves... Means, Distance from this longitude to Assam is same as of Gujarat
