I'm sorry to say, but you aren't using this arc snar combo to it's fullest power. Unless it was patched out, you can actually throw the arc star and the snare at the same time. Making them snared for longer, and thus, giving you more time to throw more arc stars at them

I feel Ash's ult was supposed to work like Alter's tactical. Able to portal inside a building. Even if she doesn't get that, she needs to be able to portal farther and it needs a more clear landing mark for her ult. That puny orange blip doesn't cut it.

I feel like the ult cooldown could be a bit shorter as well.

The way TGM yells "ARCSNAR" like a maniac is hilarious. It's like the apex version of "HODOR"

now imagine an ash and fuse duo who coordinate and communicate

I don’t care what anyone says, Ash will always feel useless for me 💀

yeah i mean look at the first clip. its nice and all but my weapon wouldve killed the enemy faster then those arcs. still think its good to play underrated legends. brings fun and more diverse lobbies.

@@calitoosh45 It was just for content. Everyone knows a gun would have killed the guy faster. Ashes ability to immobilize moment legends like octane, rev, horizon, and pathfinder are unmatched in team fights. The forces them to retreat or fight or ash’s terms.

Is it possible to imitate the Crypto/Alter EMP port combo with Ash instead. You would get a long range maybe open field? Instead of a short range in doors EMP

This is actually so funny to do in solos, because you guarantee that they will come back to you immediately or die right then and there.

I swear since the perks came out, most legends have been more playable. I'm seeing a much greater variety

One of ashe’s main problems is that her tactical the arc snare has a better counter part in horizons black hole it can trap more then a whole squad and it’s good for aoe better then ashes arc snare and her ultimate is so inconsistent that it’s better to use a path zippline and her passive is basically useless

@@maddenplaya2097 obviously it’s an ultimate it’s supposed to have a long cooldown but that cooldown can be accelerated with ultimate accelerators if you really want that ult faster, plus the thing that horizons black hole does better then ashe’s arc snare is a lot better because the arc snare you can only trap 1 to 2 people depending if you want that perk or not, horizons black hole reduces all the players movement speed inside it making it great for AOE if you don’t know what that means it means area of effect which the arc snare doesn’t have a good AOE because it can only be used against one opponent at a time or 2 again if you picked that perk, now why does the AOE matter so much in apex legends because if we go based off gameplay style apex legends is a team based game and a good AOE like horizons black hole is great for hindering enemies movement to be used in combination with other abilities or items like grenades, all though the arc snare does a better job at keeping one person inside that circle it is not as efficient with multiple opponents at once unlike the black hole; in contrast a longer cooldown is well worth it because not only is her ult basically a better arc snare it’s actually a good ultimate that pares up extremely well with the rest of horizons kit, unlike ash where her kit is all over the place with a good tactical mediocre passive and a situational ultimate, which is really sad because when ash was announced I was really hoping she would be this amazing character that would fit in the meta but no.

​@kazua802 You make a lot of great points and I agree that Horizons ult is better, but Ash's snare is a Tacital after all. For snare to affect the enemy to the same level as Horizons black hole would simply be too much for a tactical ability. Imo, the snares good enough if you know how to make it work, but thats the same as all abilities ig.

You can't really compare a 20 sec tactical (15 with gold helmet) to an almost 4 min cooldown ult. With greedy snare it can lock down multiple teams depending on how many get hit by it.

Especially with the triple lifetime purple upgrade it ensures they will die 💀

I’ve been waiting for a reason to go back to ash. She’s felt so bad for so long I just stopped trying. Time to try out the Acrshnars

I kind of just ended up stopping playing ash not because anybody said she was bad or anybody said that her kit was useless, but just because I had gotten bored with her play style and I just had started playing valk and all of this was mainly coming off of me just finishing my 3rd titanfall 2 play through on master difficulty and just trying to cope with the lack of access to the first game, the second’s multiplayer and a sequel

Ash definitely needs an ult range buff maybe they could remove that useless killer machine perk and replace it with a 40m increase on her ult or something like that

Someone tried the "arcsnar" combo to me but failed and died

Watched the first 2 mins on 1.25 and the gameplay looked crazy. Merchant is on Octanes good stuff

Ok, that's not actually the combo (you should throw both nade and Q at the same time so the arc star explodes before enemies can scape), but I guess you're still utilizing the snare buff while shooting. Good to see Ash getting some love anyways!

The problem with all of these legends you're doing rn is that you have to be on a stacked team to use them. My friends are not preds so using a legend like Ash gives them no help at all. Thats why the pick rate is low.
