Abeg. You want other states to compete with one, a city state. Lagos is the only state that is a city. Some of the other states are as big as countries so you can’t compare. It’s like comparing New York City to Sweden. Additionally, Lagos was the former federal capital and still benefits from that time with some embassies and bank headquarters refusing to move to Abuja.
