You are very right. The whole of Agbara Industrial estate has been taken over by the Indians and Chinese.. And a lot modern day slavery is taken place in Agbara.

Yes. I think it's a lot more common in Ogun State. Places like Ota, Agbara etc have a number of companies owned by Chinese and Indians with Nigerians as the common workers. It's unfortunate.

As far as im aware, India and China is open for Africans to do business as well, Africa isnt only for blacks. Like so many Africans who went to America and made it, why cant other nationalites come to Africa?

Personally not against any nationality investing in Nigeria, that's not the essence or reason behind this video. But while this video is just for awareness and educational purposes, I think the inflock of these two nationalities and their approach of doing businesses in Nigeria has more harm than good.
