I bought my many acres at 10k per acre very legit. Now i have my allotment and beaconing was done by lands ministry. I have so much satisfaction. Currently are selling for 100k per acre. Very very worth it. Dont buy anything less than an acre. Look for owners. Its a fulfillment ukitumiwa number ya shamba. Please buy land in malindi now. They are appreciating very rapidly

@bongecabd ooh dear this was way back before we got allotments. They are going for 70k now. Its better to buy now. They are sky rocketing in prices.

Great insights. People also forget inflation. In most places the land barely matches the rate of inflation. Its better to just buy bonds if you are not using the land to generate money or save yourself rent.

Wow ! Reality of a live via a dead asset! Boy are you making soo much Sense 💯. Even though the majority believes in buying and holding, I personally would rather have a live asset

Coming from Qatar i had one million i lost half a million in trading and i was pissed off i bought the rest 5 plots in Malindi whatever to date is the only property i have the one for trading gone forever, investing is a risk.
