The Portuguese really like to act like there’s no racism here because they are such a mixed up culture of varying ethnicities , but a lot of times they tend to forget that’s due to their colonization. And they are still very close ties with countries that were colonized by them and obviously have been left devastated by the effects of that. And the people migrate to Portugal to work. The only time the Portuguese really acknowledge it’s Black People is when they are acknowledged internationally for something. Otherwise they don’t acknowledge the music. They don’t acknowledge their contribution to society. I absolutely have fallen in love with this country from the north to the south to the Azores, but a lot needs to be fixed. And your words regarding never experiencing racism et Cetera is valid. I think you made a fine pointand you kept your place and what needs to be said/not said. On another note. Their official store (not the adidas store nearby) in the stadium sells them. It's on a very small rack near the station where they print the names and numbers on jerseys. You'd have buy the blank jersey and then ask them to print whatever name and number you want (it could be Trey's name and number, for example), I don't think they sell this online.
