Do you wash your hair while it's in protective styles?

Yes I do. Twist or when I get knotless braids for vacation, I’m washing.

@@jaichanellie if I’m keeping them in for a mont then I wash it once during that period. I minimize frizz my focusing the shampoo on the roots and letting it run down the hair shaft gently after that.

washing that scalp is essential. they look really good for 2 weeks! i didn't even know curlmix had something right for the scalp ! ima have to grab this! 😍

I redo my twists every other week. For daily moisture I spray leave in conditioner and apply a little oil. I also wash my hair in twists.

@@kay093100 maybe you need to do smaller sections and try not to use water base products. Mine last a good month.
