i feel like scorpion will be lius best kameo cause he has an ovehead combo starter and a good combo extender for lius dragon kick like sonya, and can pull u away so u can zone as seen in the trailers

I might have mentioned it in a previous video of yours, but my mom is a local musician in a band who plays piano and I've always wondered if I could get her to play "In the Bar" at one point lol. I bet my fellow Sega fan brothers would lose their shit too! ...also, Galsia thugs as Lin Kuei are making me legit laugh the coffee I'm drinking through my nose. ⁠the crazy thing is people will be like “then he would be broke”. But ain’t these supposed to all be the best versions of each character? And did they see the majority of the rest of the cast? Damn near everyone has mix. Even Rain - A pure zoner - can put you in the blender. EVERYONE ELSE HAS BROKEN ASS TECH. Liu has some broken damage and that’s about it and only if he can open you up. They dropped the ball big time. Making him “Beginner Friendly” should not be at the sacrifice of creativity. And that’s what a lot of doubters will argue - that he’s a great character and we are downplaying. Sure he’s got great damage but he’s boring as hell. No mix. No sauce. Just vanilla custard. I sincerely hope NRS makes adjustments. Low starter and some better air strings to begin with. Standing 3 should be a mid. I could go on and on. DB4 should be a low stun special that can be extended via kameo if hit on the ground, and also retain the pop up off of something like F14. Standing 1 having more reach like a quick flame burst jab so it’s actual viable button. Stuff like that. Imagine if this dude had his cancels back. Lawd…

You should use your F1,4 string more my g. U'd be surprised of what u could punish with that string. Its your 6f starter after all! Gotta utilize that more my guy. Plus the forward 1,4 string gives u an easy 317 damage with 1 bar. (F14, DB4, 333, (EX) BF3 and follow up BF3 ofc.)

Im not overly fond of F14 cuz it’s a one hit confirm if they block the first attack but i did come across some information about it frame wise after i recorded these so I’m gonna test it out on full release but i pretty much don’t use it unless it’s a guaranteed punish so far

Why do people play like this. They run block and do the same move. People don’t have fun playing games no more, talking about buttons mashing at least they trying to learn new gaming mechanics and be different besides having the same gameplay spamming.

Liu Kang has no pressure you have to respect without that string, that’s why they keep falling on the last kick cuz they want to mash a poke, once conditioned, staggers and throws will open them up AFTER you establish they need to consider hesitating poking on the last kick. It’s not spam, it’s LITERALLY the entire foundation of his game plan cuz he has 5 highs that can be mashed on, that’s the ONLY mid string gave him that HAS to be respected if you throw out the last kick, they can flawless block it, but once they start trying that is when you don’t finish and throw or block a reversal punish attempt then punish them but you cant do either of those things until AFTER you FORCE your opponent to respect that full string by doing it multiple times cuz he has nothing else to deter mashing unlike the other characters that have mix
