Thanks David! Since it was a lot of Zone 1 & 2 and not a lot of high effort stuff, I just ate a bunch of normal food. I don’t think it was the best strategy, because I was pretty bloated by the end of the ride. Nutrition is definitely an area where I want to improve

Hey Mitch, saw your steepest streets video. I think I got another couple streets for you if you’re biking in the Midwest. Brother is a competitive cyclist and we got a steeper street for you to try and bike.
