Can I just say as someone who has loved Dax Flame for the better portion of my life, I’m so stoked that he’s made this random comeback. After his random film cameos it felt like the Dax of old was gone but he really has found a group of creators that truly get what he’s going for and allow him a platform for his style of comedy. Big shout out to Joel for making Dax a regular, and for also continuing to push the KZread comedy meta with basically every drop. Two living legends.

this really adds context to the pasta scene in "Drowning in Potential". Joel asks whether there are cherry tomatoes in the pasta, but Dax doesn't answer, because he's learned that it was a test to see if Dax would try to fuck with him.

I love the little detail that Chad and Spencer both ate all their spaghetti during the scene where Joel was yelling at dax😂

This brought back memories of when my family tries to take pictures and needs to make it perfect, paired with my parents fighting over a kid who's getting in trouble. It just gives me that exact feeling of being yelled at for practically no reason.

I like to imagine that Joel actually wants her to write "that down". He didn't correct her when he saw it.

You may think his methods are a bit extreme, but Instagram spaghetti pictures are a cutthroat business and Joel is just doing what he needs to do to survive in the game.

At 0:35 when Joel is holding the dog, he says "uh oh!" because he sees that the camera is still rolling. He then quickly covers by saying he was joking. But he was serious, he wanted to put the dog in there.
