    ★ I use utility fabric that's "sticky" from Joann's, there's more info at bit.ly/resellerinstructions. You can order it online. ★ Try PhotoRoom For Free: sgzr.app.link/Mhmrr94wsfb Download Photoroom for free to try it out, but I personally use the premium version, because I can batch edit photos.

    Quick tip, keep fingers out of photos or wear white gloves e.g. close up of labels. As it's more professional and safeguards from any racial prejudices that buyers might have.

    I hope you are wrong about racial prejudices but do worry about age prejudice. I have always had extremely old-looking hands all my life (thanks Grandma, who I inherited this from! :) I do get regular manicures so my nails are not so scary though, and am constantly applying hand lotion so they don't look dry. But I also try not to take too much in photos and edit those hands. Also as a buyer, I have not bought something because I could figure out what the race of the person was from photos. If they have the item I'm looking for I don't care who I'm buying it from. I hope you are wrong.

    I’ve been learning so much from you and appreciate your attention to detail! I watched the video you made about your photo setup and you used a grey sherpa, but it looks like you’re using white fabric in this one. Perhaps you changed over time. What type of fabric is this white one? Felt? It seems like the fabric sticks better to it without having to use a hanger, which I like.

  • @jimdowney6773
    @jimdowney67732 жыл бұрын

    Just a "heads up," THE FABRIC Item # 16935579 IS NOT THE THICK SHERPA FABRIC SHOWN BRIEFLY IN THE VIDEO. However, it does look like the fabric in the photo with the yellow pants. That one is a very thin 100% polyfilament and not 100% polyester. Solid Sherpa Faux Fur Fabric Item # zprd_17763343a is the fabric shown briefly in the video. I'm confused because Chris is successfully using with jeans on what appears to be the 16935579 in the picture, and I can't get a cotton polo shirt (collar) or swim trunks (waistband) to stick.

I take my eBay photos with my Android phone, and then download to my computer as I edit each photo. Is this true about not being able to use on computer. What is the M1 ? processor? I just received mine from Joann's (their website wouldn't process my payment after several attempts, and finally got an 800 number from a store and ordered over the phone. Then, I discovered they double charged me. Grrr). I'm very disappointed that I couldn't get athe top part of polo shirt (collar was too much weight) or a pair of cotton swim trunks (the waistband) to stick. I even put the cloth at a 45 degree angle and no luck. Has anyone overcome this challenge? Proven advice would be a big help! No. Same. Last year had to basically let my store go on cruise control for 6 months to take care of my Mom, and then ended all my items for an additional 3 months as she got worse. Missed all the freebies (listings) that eBay gave us last year and holiday sales. Since coming back, (without Mom who was my helper) I am slower in getting items up because of doing the other things she use to do. Can't afford to hire anyone. Also seems like this year I get low ball offers all the time. Did covid or the election change people's buying habits? I think so, but only a theory. 100% Feedback so that is not the problem. I think my store was in a different eBay algorithm before and this first quarter has been brutal.
