You can change employers when you get a new employer that would offer you a new cos in the same role and would need to apply for a new Visa under your new employer.

Now the thing is I got two job offers as band 2 and band 3 respectively. I was surprised to hear that they don’t offer sponsorship even while it says certificate of sponsorship during application. Do you think I should approach the HR? To further discuss this. Note: I’m in uk already on tier 4

Absolutely...Ring up the Manager and quote what the application said...Ring the HR too and Express your enthusiasm to join the hospital. All the best

You need experience of working in your current job to get your dream job in the NHs. Focus on your current job, gather all the certifications and experience and them plan your exit to the NHS. Wish you all the best🤗

Hello , I understand that some companies/home now opt for computer based one-way video interview . Candidates are expected to do a short video thru d link sent by the company wit already programmed questions can u throw light on this .

Your best approach is to video and record yourself answering health interview questions. Research on interview questions, use your phone to record and re-watch your videos. This will increase you confidence in speaking before a camera. All the best

If you currently work as a bank staff with the NHS...Its much easier as you can approach the Manager or send an email to the HR team that you would like to become permanent if they sponsor your Visa. You can also look out for permanent positions with the Hospital website and apply directly.

I am already in a skilled worker visa with a domiciliary care agency. But I am having difficulties with working hours which is why I want to switch my visa with another care home. Is there any way to switch my visa? As I already have the sponsorship, my question is do I need to get another sponsorship If I want to switch to another employer? Please, I need your attention

As soon as I secured the job, I Informed my employers to carry on with my checks and leave the reference for the end when we were almost completed with the recruitment process,because they must require one of your references from your current employer, I hope this answers your question.

It will be stated in your contract...check your contract or inquire from the company if it's not stated. Sometimes, people leave when they cant cope with harsh working conditions and you might be required to back expenses made on you. In all you do, ensure you secure a new cos and Visa before leaving.
