This is my problem: I use the internet, books and my imagination as an escape from reality. I had a more lonely childhood with just me myself and I to make the time fly. Now my grades have dropped because I played video games too often. Now I stopped playing video games but no matter how much I try to focus on something I just can’t do it. Having a good future is something I care about but I can’t bring myself to do anything about out. I struggle with maths but I can’t put the extra hours to study. I’ve read a lot of inspirational speeches, quotes, stories etc but I’m a lazy person so it doesn’t work. I shall try your methods and see if they work for me. You help me be productive occasionally so thanks Estella. Edit: Okay wow I didn’t expect this to blow up. But thanks for the concern everyone. I’m a much better person right now and making videos has helped me a lot. I will try all of your suggestions and thanks again!

hey there!!, you can do your work first and if you done it then you're free to play, just use the distraction as your extra thing for motivating yourself, you can be productive and just have time management, because whatever you do you can play too, but remember don't push yourself, if you feeling unmotivated, then just shout or write down your feelings, you can do it by painting random or doodling random things just to relieve stress, and don't just focus on one thing. Remember you can do it!! just don't push yourself.

another tip: if you can't stop yourself, you're still playing, shout to yourself to stop, because if you don't your mind and body still play!. And if you already say to stop then close all the distraction and meditate or just focus on one thing, for example you're staring on one thing then you can do it for about 5 mins. or 10mins. so you can focus, and motivate yourself, always review your ambition, then goodluck! ------just always do it or lemme say just do it as a habit, goodluck😉❤️----

This what my problem is because I have no sibling and I am so self isolated that I don't know what to do, I have no friends... I feel lonely and then I start to cry why I am not able to concentrate then I am stressed about my future that what I want to become in my life and those stuff... I go to school and it is 7:41 right now yeah and when I do have online school started a 7:45 and I get on with my teacher and classmates!

I personally get distracted very easily and struggle to focus and I’m currently in middle school and all my tests are getting bigger and harder which is throwing a lot of stress on my back which has sadly put me in therapy however your videos really help me focus and helps me be more productive which has gotten my grades higher and it’s all because of your videos! You have really lifted a weight of my shoulders and it feels so good to have my grades up again I couldn’t thank you enough I’m currently a only A+ and B+ student and it’s all thanks to me binge watching your video haha thank you love your videos😘🥰😊

It’s almost 11pm in my country and just finished my homeworks my back aches so much. I studied and answered my modules for 3 straight hours the took a 15-20 minutes of break then answered again for another 4 hours. I’m so proud of my self that I finished it all.

OMG! Hi i love your vids so much!

The tip for ambient noise I use all the time, but most of the videos distract me than help me to focus. So I decided to create my own ambient sounds that are made for people that need to focus on their task and stay motivated. recently I saw in the statistic that somebody shared my video on their website or social media! This means that not only I see my videos helpful, it made me so happy ^_^
