Europe always over USA for higher studies. Do they speak English in Hungary? and how do they treat immigrants?

People do speak good English in Budapest, maybe other cities are a bit different. But mostly at all universities, staff do know English. Different people can experience different attitudes in Hungary, but in general what I feel: they are quite nice and respectful to foreigners.
