If you use rubber cement on the plug and then cut it off close to the tire ( maybe a quarter inch or so) with a razor blade, then light the plug on fire and let it melt for 30 seconds or so it will bond with tire better. It will last like that so you don't have to buy a new tire. I have put two or three plugs in a hole and it has held. Just a little trick from an old timer. Love seeing all your hard work.

Carpenter here. I enjoy seeing some one else hustle out here. It encourages me. I’ve done my share of underbidding on jobs. Patched tires just like you. Use a cargo net or rent a uhaul for the traps. Yeah, the passenger seat is always a mess in your truck, IF YOURE WORKING HARD. Ends up being a one seater. But that’s good. If you’re in a bind, ask the Lord for wisdom I feel more geeked up watching your videos, than reading Tony Robins book Awaken the Giant Within Finally “ The common denominator for success is hard work “ John D Rockefeller

Loving your videos and shorts/reels. It gives me hope for the younger generation seeing you busting your hump every day in a actual trade. Keep up the amazing work and keep those videos coming!!! Side note: for safety reasons, it’s never recommended to use a tire plug for any holes/punctures that are 2” or less from the sidewall of the tire. It’s a quick way to end up blowing out the tire while maneuvering a turn and end up wrecking your truck. It’s fine to do so in a emergency situation to get the vehicle off the side of a major highway etc. Not trying to preach at you or anything like that whatsoever. Just trying to look out for you and don’t want to see/hear about you being in a accident due to the plugged tire that close to the sidewall. I would definitely get it to a tire shop and see if they will do a safer patch on the inside.

get some fencing wire and weave little picture frame hooks into the pots.. then they can "hook" onto each other? ORR get those astronaut keychains that do the quick release, and attach half to each corner so you can link them together that way, and much stronger than a zip tie, reusable.

Man i wish I had just one boat big enough to live on and a little bit of the equipment this kid has... I'd live there and run trot lines for all those invasive Blue Cats, have a nice little food stand for fresh fried catfish and Cajun style blue crabs and I'd be happy as f*k! I know it's stressful and you're ambitious, so you wanna make more money and get bigger and have a lot to show for all the hard work, but honestly just doing the work and enjoying the time living like that is awesome. Even if you never become "successful" like that, getting to do something you enjoy and not having to do bullsh*t work for some a**hole everyday is so worth all the effort, and if you ever can't do it, you'll miss the hell out of it.

I’ve never had one leak. I have plugged a handful of tires. They’ve all been between the tread but every one I’ve used has lasted the life of the tires. Had a John Deere skid steer one time and punched a hole straight into the sidewall. Took it to a local shop to fix it. This guy has been there for 40 years. He put a plug in it and it outlasted the tire. The sidewall was a lot thicker than a vehicle tire that’s why it worked.
