1st of all this problem started with not reading my USB flash drive or pen drive or u disk whatever u call it, than i google and found a video on youtube which shows to do a factory default reset with a password, DO NOT DO IT, I repeat DO NOT DO what you see online, because what works for them dont work for you.
after i did this so called factory default reset, my laser head kept going and banging on wrong side of the machine, my original home position was top right corner, but it keep going to left bottom and banging on walls and had to press esc button to stop it, and readings was 10000 on both axsis, crazy right..
trying for 2 days i gave up serching online for solution and reach to my old friend whom i bought my first cnc machine 8 years ago, company details as below;

hmm.. they ask me to install a remort controlling app to my laptop and did whatever magic they do and solved it.. i just had to restart the machine by on off than it was fixed.. i felt great..
so in conclusion Gweik brand is value for money, service was good on my both experience.
