im guessing because the enemy wasnt really building that much mr and felt that the haste would be more important than damage, also a their team only has one real tank

Because always cryptbloom, i saw Nisqy (LEC midlaner and perla high chall euw mid) saying that cryptbloom is best option to play seriouly and void staff is for mathematically correct bulds (so full damage for fun buld)
