Your videos are always great! I do a lot of ribs on my 1975, but I've never done the Cowboy sear - great idea I'll have to try next time!

@@kidathi awesome! Circle back and let me know if there’s anything you want to see. Always looking for great ideas.
How does the 1975 handle on the road? Is it a bumpy ride?
How you liking the 1975t? I called workhorse and they said wait time is May 23. Worth the wait?

I love it. Quality and price were better than others I looked at. It’s worth the wait in my opinion.
I need help, my ribs tend to be a little dry. How much do you leave your stack open? The fire do you put it more on the outer side of the door middle, or more close in? Do you leave the fire door hinges open or close? Do you spritz? Please and thank you! 🙏

Don’t recall exactly what I did with this video but recently I’ve been leaving stack closed about 50%. Less convection may help with drying out. Fires are close to door with butterfly 100% open and door cracked about an inch. No spritz. Let me know if this helps.

@outnumberedbbq thank you! That helps with temperatures being consistent.
You need to take the silverskin off the back of the ribs. Makes a big difference. And who cares if their ribs are falling off the bone. Even better IMO
