Shifting my mindset was not the easiest thing for me. Probably not for you either. I struggled DAILY to try to stay positive and keep my thoughts on the right track. I eventually, realized that it's impossible to be positive all the time. Though I wanted to have a more positive outlook on life. I still wanted to experience life in its fullness. With all of its ups AND downs.
Changing my mindset was not just about training myself to be positive more. It was teaching me how to find balance in positivity and resistance. In this video, I go over the things that I did to help shift my mindset to be more positive more of the time. But also how to use my resistance to help me manifest. Hope you guys enjoy it!
