    It’s been a few weeks since I heard Metropolitan Demetrios and he is still a breath of comfort and hope. He always seems to help me back on the narrow path. Love from Texas and a GOARCH subscriber.

    Thank you, Your Eminence, for sharing that story of your personal experience with Elder Joakim. I love your homilies very much. I attend Saint Seraphim Church (OCA) in Santa Rosa, CA where Abbot Patrick and Monk Moses from Kelseyville have painted most of our frescos. I love the Patristic Calendar and greatly respect your commitment to it.

    I love your sermons dear Metropolitan Demetrius, they edify, full of wisdom! Thank you for teaching the truth, teaching repentance and it’s the first time I hear a story about the uncreated light, wow! LORD Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on us. May God bless and protect you all my brothers in Christ! I always look forward to see your videos, I rewatch them, they help immensely in these times of confusion! They bring peace to my soul and point to our LORD Jesus Christ, the resurrection and the life. Thank you so much!✨💗🕊️✨

    It is exciting, educational and you are most humbled and moved by hearing this man's great wisdom 🌸 No other church talks about this. Thank you very much💕Now reading The Soul After Dead by Seraphim Rose about demons in the sky. About fighting against the evil when the soul wanders.. This is a frightening wake-up call. No, we should absolutely seek God and purify ourselves, and not be influenced by the world.

    Let us consider: The second commandment. and What does God say about the traditions of men?

  • @OrthodoxTradition

    @OrthodoxTradition

    25 күн бұрын

    'Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you have been taught, whether by word or by our letter' [2 Thess. 2:15] These are not the traditions of men, but of the Church. Look back in history and see for yourself. Protestantism has no understanding of this notion, because it has disconnected itself from the Body of Christ.
