I’m not sure about the other venues, but UBS Arena does not require clear bags. Many ARMYs will likely still carry clear bags though bc we are used to this rule. Personally, I like to decorate my bag with BTS stickers for a cute detail. Security doesn’t seem to mind😊

I’m also going to Suga’s concerts in NY! for arenas like ubs the clear bag is not necessary as long as the bag is smaller than the size requirements, but it won’t hurt to bring one just in case!

One thing I would highly highly recommend as well, for anyone travelling to the U.S with an iPhone, also add your digital ticket to Apple Wallet. If there is a tech issue with the Ticketmaster app at the venue then they won't let you in without a successful scan (some venues will also deny pictures of tickets). Adding it to Apple Wallet is a good backup option that doesn't require internet access to scan properly. 👍

The answer to your first question is, no. Allstate Arena, Chicago has it written on their bag policy clearly that no backpacks are allowed. The only exception they'll make is if you have a medical condition and your medical supplies are in one, or you're attending the concert with a young child and diaper supplies are in one. Otherwise it's a definite no to all backpacks. I haven't seen anyone denied a fanchant board. I think you should be fine bringing one if it's not obnoxiously large, but you can always contact the venue to ask.
