    Most of these countries will buy vehicles from overseas but their laws prohibit selling old complete vehicles without having to pay a huge tax so, it’s easier to strip the vehicle down for parts and cut it up so it can never be used as a complete vehicle. The US Army used to do the same thing back in the 70’s-80’s when they sold off the old M-151 series 1/4 ton vehicle, first they required the vehicle to be cut in half but they learned that people were just welding them back together so, they started cutting the vehicles into 1/4 chunks which made it a pure bitch to re-weld. So they likely bought it as scrap metal and got it dirt cheap. Western countries sell off all kinds of stuff that’s old and no longer working but the Paki’s can easily repair most of them. Well, that’s just my assumptions but I could be way off, lol. Hope that helped sir.
