Unfortunately you missed to put a new display adhesive on it! With this repair you did, there remains an important battery and display warning. Also there is no more battery capacity visible because it‘s not the original battery it‘s shipped with. Also Face ID won‘t work because you didn‘t swap over the front flex from the broken display. And the last thing: The LiDAR sensor won‘t work as well, because it‘s serialized and not replaceable.

I'm honestly curious to know WHAT they did to that poor phone that it's only a year old and looks like it's been ran over, thrown in water and then buried in the ground for 6 years, damn.

For me it looks like someone hit it since the cracks and centered from the middle and not an edge. Even if it got ran over I’m pretty sure it would still be cracked from the edge.
