Burn out is that silent thing that when it hits you, you don't even know what was it. Taking care of yourself should be our number one priority. I loved the video and I love your content, keep it coming!

Thanks for all of these tips--I especially like the one about facing away from your bed even if you have to work in your room. It's definitely true that if you work a lot of hours, it starts to affect other areas of your life, such as your relationships and health--just because you don't have time or energy to do much else. Great video as always!

I had a plan to move to Argentina because I was dating a girl from there, and she showed me all the beauty of the country. Unfortunately we broke up and I lost all hope and desire to live in Argentina but every time I click on your videos you give me that motivation back. Thank you isn’t enough, but your videos helped me so much!

Hey I'm a fellow nomad living in BA. Not sure what the videos going to be about since it hasn't premiered yet. But overall drugs are bad. Growing up in Miami they're a big part of the culture and the reason for so much death, violence, homelessness, mental health problems and chaos. I'm too old to babysit any of my friends. Been there done that. Besides getting better is a personal choice. So to anyone dealing with someone making poor choices, set your boundaries, and place your safety and well-being first.

Hey! Thank you for the comment, it's very interesting that's the perspective you got but the video is definitely not about drugs! Haha
