  • @sheredoz

    @sheredoz

    2 жыл бұрын

    Hope you don't mind me answering. Don't let it dry. You want the flooding to blend with the outline. I sometimes use flood consistency to outline, if using too many colours to make med & flood of each, and let the outline sit for 30 seconds to firm a bit before flooding. Creates a nice barrier. Hope this helps.

    So the cake pops won't ever really go 'bad', you'll most likely have to look out or crystallization and freezer burn. I wouldn't freeze it with the chocolate on it because when the cake expands and contracts it can cause breakage in the chocolate.

    Nope! It'll stay relatively smooth and soft when you bite into the cake pop :)

    Sorry, one more question. What ratio of chocolate to heavy cream do you use for your ganache?

    I have only one negative critic to your videos, your voice in the beginning and throughout the video is awfully sqeeky and loud. Maybe time to invest on a better mic? Everytime i forget that and I have my headphones on and I click on your video my ears are bleeding and I get an heartattack 🤣 But otherwise, i like your videos!
