Watch lots of videos about your destination, take notes. Pay attention to places and activities that are recommended multiple times, then look at reviews. This may help you decide things that are a good fit for you and your group and this way you can make advance reservations for very popular sites and activities if necessary.

I'm already looking into options and gathering info for a trip to 2 Islands in Hawaii next year. There is a 12-hr time difference and I'm not exactly looking forward to that.

Help, I contacted my hotel (the Embassy Suites) and asked for contact details for their concierge. They sent me the number for Blue Hawaiian Travel. Is this normal? Do they simply subcontract the concierge service? Or do they simply not have one?

what activities should DEFINITELY be booked in advance of arrival?. 5 day stay 1st week of November

Anything you definitely want to do. You can always wait to book but might end up with your 2nd choice date or time. I’d always, ALWAYS recommend booking early.

Some shuttle companies have larger motor coaches with the ADA lift buses.

i plan on going nxt summer w my daughter and 3yr old grandaughter itll n our 1st time can u tell me some things to do where it is kid friendly also

Hawaii time stays the same (we don’t go forward an hour or backward either). Right now, I think it’s just a 5 hour time difference between Hawaii & Eastern time zone.

First time coming this October ! Is speedi shuttle ok to get from Honolulu airport to Hilton grand Waikikian? There are 6 of us travelling

All your videos are so helpful. I will be staying at a VRBO located at Monarch hotel I presume there isn't a Concierge. I have a question for you in regards to cell phone service I am coming from Toronto Ontario Canada I heard at some point that the United States are all going 5G as far as cell phone towers. I have an older phone will I have a problem and will I need to upgrade my phone for my trip?

It's a nice budget option as it's one street down (on Kuhio Ave) from the main street (Kalakaua Ave)

Don't bother with Pearl Harbor or Hanauma Bay. Here's what you do: 1) Leonards 2) Liliha Bakery 3) Okata Bento 4) Kua Aina Burgers 5) drive back to town and swim to the pylon at Kaimana Beach.

Pearl Harbor is a bucket list destination for so many people - I can't imagine why you say not to bother with it. Pearl Harbor is a historical event and location in the history of our country and the world at large, and to dismiss it as merely a "tourist destination" to check off a to-do list is sadly shallow and dismissive in our country's history, not to even mention the brave men who died there (and whose remains are still there) protecting our country so you can live in it.

Your bucket list is very different from mine. I don't need to visit the site of grim reminder of mass murder and extreme cowardice of the Japanese to honor our military. Just like I won't visit Hiroshima or Nagasaki to celebrate our victory. Its a huge downer. I focus on positive stuff for my bucket list. But do what's best for you. @@peldridge2627

Hello my wife and i are coming to Hawaii on a cruise in Dec. will be in Honolulu for 2 days . we would love to rent a car on our first day to drive to the north shore. would love to know if this a good idea and can we get a car at the cruise port.Thanks for any help

It's an option! There are some island tours that can pick up from the cruise ship too - makes it easy if you have luggage.

Most hotels in Waikiki have them though it varies from $20-55. Some hotels will do specials where they might not charge a resort fee for certain booking dates. There are still a handful of hotels that don't charge a resort fee (ex. Halekulani) but in general most Waikiki hotels do.

Hello maybe posted some videos what are the prohibited things to bring in Hawaii... I was busted at the airport going home feb10,2023 at the customs check the sherif arrived omg...i haven't checked in my baton in the luggage... it's mini from 10cm extendable to 35cm...I searched the google what not to bring baton was not included until I got home this 11...I searched about TSA...actually didn't know about it😊 but thanks God Thank You Hawaii...the Sherif was a good man...the Airport Security was so comfortable but actually I was crying when they said they will release me... I'm Asian...going home... I think I googled not so much about Hawaii... but in total Hawaii and its people are so beautiful
