How I Paint an Australian Outback Landscape In Acrylics
The vastness of the Australian Outback is not only stunning but absolutely amazing. From the rugged peaks of the Kimberly to the open endless plains of the Australian outback deserts. Such peace and quiet yet there is always a hive of bustling activity from native birds and lizards to Kangaroos and Emu's. No matter where we go there is always life.
In today's painting tutorial we paint an easy outback scene of the iconic Australian Galah in flight. Join in with me as we push paint in all directions and create something beautiful. Beautiful Australian outback scene, Ben, galahs, fluffy whites clouds and open space with a rock backdrop !!! The explanation text as you go is a nice touch! Hey Sherrene. Thanks for the great question I must remember to add brushes and other tips. The brush im using for grass and flowers is called a fan brush. Thanks for your interest and lovely comments.
What is that blue tape that you use for the borders and where can I buy it?

Hey Adam. Great Question mate. It's a painters tape as in painting houses tape. It can be left on for up to 14 days without pealing the paint off. Just make sure the surface is dry before you put it on. It can be purchased at any hardware store and is usually found in the paint section.
