The way that you organize seems to fit what I have been trying, which is more than two tools, as I always try to condense it to one! I use Microsoft OneNote most everything and google calendar. If I need to take site measurements etc. I do it all in that app. But I do love watching vids on how others organize their life.

Skillshare and Notion and Google Calendar and Google Docs helps me alot with my work too... its really really helpful to see, how u plan..wonderful❤️

This was really interesting! I keep wanting to use notion, but I'm such an analogue person at heart lol!

I really really need to watch more videos on how to use notion, alway have my phone on me so would be so handy to know how to use it properly

I'm so excited about the book, I've preordered. We have very similar planning styles. I have tried to use notion but it's a bit too much for me at the moment, I really like click up but If I'm honest I've been leaning into using OneNote for my notetaking needs.

I only use my phone for planning when I need to, so taking notes on the go and adding something o my calendar. Most of the time I use my computer when I want a proper view of everything.

I used Google Tasks which is similar to Note. A good way to organise the columns is BACKLOG | DOING | DONE
