At one time, it took 2 days for new kd to appear cause getting 20k in the first monument were really slow, so i guess this hidden update is making sure to make new kd appear frequently and more faster like the old days...

why not jump to the new kingdom that would open and then migrate to the kd you want to migrate to in the first place

Hate to be the spoiler but Itachi lost three main alliances due to his want for power and as much as I want to say wow that was so nice of Itachi, there's definitely always a hidden agenda behind his actions. So glad my team migrated the heck away from that kingdom and his group. Good luck with your sleeper though bro. Oh and instead of staying you could of just went to 3421 or any after and then collect more rewards and then jump to 3420 when it turns ten plus days old and collect more rewards. No way I would of stayed.
